Azulta ("we," "us," or "our") operates a mobile messaging program (the "Program") subject to the following Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). By opting in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Program Description
By opting in to the Program, you agree to receive promotional and transactional mobile messages from us. These messages may include, but are not limited to, marketing messages, promotional offers, appointment reminders, order updates, account notifications, and other informational messages related to our products and services.
Message frequency will vary depending on the type of communication and your interaction with us. You may receive up to 5 messages per day. We may use an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology to deliver messages to the mobile phone number you provide.
User Opt-In
Your participation in the Program is entirely voluntary. You are not required to opt in to the Program as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided.
By opting in, you expressly consent to receive messages from us, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent overrides any Do Not Call preferences you may have previously registered with us or with any state or federal registry.
User Opt-Out & Support
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by texting any of the following keywords in response to any message you receive from us: STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been removed from the Program. After that, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
For support or assistance, text HELP in response to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly using the information provided below.
If you change your phone number, it is your responsibility to notify us so that we can update our records and ensure messages are no longer sent to your old number. We are not responsible for messages sent to a phone number that has been reassigned to another person.
Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability
The Program is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered on time or at all, as delivery is subject to the effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. We are not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any messages connected with this Program. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and we are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your messaging plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile carrier.
